A day-of coordination plan for a real San Diego wedding
In March 2026, I served as the day-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding — a split-venue event across two locations in San Diego with 10+ vendors, a sequenced shuttle transportation system, and an 18-hour execution window from 7:15AM through end of night.
This is the master coordination document I built from scratch. It includes a minute-by-minute timeline, vendor contacts, rehearsal schedule, ceremony details, photography shot list, transportation assignments, and day-of checklists for the morning of through close out.
Itinerary + guide for a three-day Las Vegas bachelorette trip for 12 people
I also planned and designed all of the materials for my sister’s bachelorette trip to Las Vegas in September 2025. This was a three-day, three-night trip for 12 people with four themed events during the weekend. Each one had its own visual identity, dress code, and logistics plan, covering everything from nightclub guest lists and dinner bookings to grocery delivery, arrival coordination, and expense tracking across the group.
I designed the full guest itinerary guide from scratch in Canva and published a companion website so attendees could access everything from their phones while on the go. The guide covered the full trip timeline, event details and dress codes for each, house rules and check-in information, a packing list, and a breakdown of estimated expenses per person.
Research-heavy skincare content for people who want real answers
The following three samples come from two years writing for DRMTLGY, a science-forward skincare brand.
The work was research-heavy and required making complex ingredient information useful for a consumer audience — a skillset that translates directly to the kind of clear, credible wedding content that couples trust.
