Work With Me

Let’s be honest: You’re good at what you do. Like, really good.

The weddings are beautiful, your couples adore you, and your reviews speak for themselves.

But you’re a one-woman team trying to manage it all on your own.

Giving clients your all means that your marketing keeps getting pushed to tomorrow. And the next day. And the day after that. And the version of you that exists online — your blog, your Instagram, your website — doesn’t reflect where you are now.

But what if your marketing just… happened? Not because you stayed up late on Sunday night to do it, but because you didn’t have to carry it yourself anymore.

No more half-finished drafts. No more “I’ll get to it after this wedding.” Just someone handling it, quietly and efficiently, in the background so you can get back to the work you love.

Consider this your exhale.

I’m Feli, an LA-based content marketer with a background in bridal and fine jewelry marketing, hands-on wedding coordination experience, and a writing process built around getting your voice right — so your content reflects the reputation you’ve spent years earning.

Think of me as the person in your corner who shows up for your business the way you show up for your clients: with care, attention to detail, and a real understanding of what makes a wedding business in Los Angeles work.

So, what does that actually look like?

How I can help

When your ideal couples start their search for a planner, most of them turn to Google. And in the last few years, maybe you’ve noticed that some of them used AI tools like ChatGPT too.

The planners who show up in both channels are the ones with a consistent content presence.

A thoughtfully-written blog gets you in front of the right couples and makes them confident you’re the right choice. I handle all of it so you don’t have to.

Of course, every planner’s needs are a little different.

Here’s the full list of what I can help you with:

  • Full-service blog post writing (research, writing, search optimization, publishing)

  • Client-facing document design (welcome guides, planning packets, vendor communication templates, day-of timelines)

  • Email marketing + newsletter management

  • Lead magnet creation + email list building

  • Social media support (copywriting, hashtag research, scheduling)

  • Website copy + updates

Every piece I write for your business is built around your voice, your expertise, your couples, and the specific corner of the wedding market you serve.

No generic content. No filler. Instead, you get content that earns trust, attracts the right inquiries, and markets your business while you’re busy running it.

All work is done remotely, so I’m available to planners in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and beyond.

If you’re ready for your marketing to finally feel as put-together as your weddings, I’d love to connect.

Work I’ve done for real people

Day-of coordination plan: Two venues, 10+ vendors, 77 guests

In March 2026, I built and executed a full coordination plan for my sister’s wedding — a split-venue event in San Diego with 10+ vendors and 77 guests. The master document covered everything from a minute-by-minute timeline and vendor contacts to transportation assignments, ceremony details, and morning-through-closeout checklists.

The same attention to detail that went into this document is what I bring to every piece of content I produce. And because I’ve worked a real wedding day start to finish, what I write for your business is grounded in more than just research.

”I was extremely grateful that Feli was there to coordinate my wedding day. I wouldn’t have been able to be truly present if I had to take care of those tasks myself. Her presence and work on my wedding day reassured me that everything was being taken care of, and I was able to truly enjoy my day without stressing out about the behind-the-scenes tasks.”

Event planning + design: a three-day bachelorette trip for 12

For my sister’s Las Vegas bachelorette trip in September 2025, I managed the planning for 12 guests across four themed events, handling everything from nightclub guest lists and dinner bookings to grocery and meal deliveries, arrival coordination, and expense tracking.

But the logistics were only part of it. Every guest-facing material — a full itinerary guide, companion website, and an organized iPhone note for quick on-the-go access — was designed with the guest experience in mind. Clear, visually organized, and accessible no matter how the weekend unfolded.

That same thinking is what I bring to the client-facing documents I create for planners: welcome guides, planning packets, vendor templates, and day-of timelines designed to make every touchpoint feel effortless and every decision feel like it was made with their clients in mind.

Writing samples: Content that earns trust

The following samples come from two years of freelancing for DRMTLGY, a science-forward skincare brand. Each piece was research-heavy and consumer-facing, written to make complex information feel clear and useful for someone who wanted to get it right.

That’s the same job wedding content does. Couples come to your blog overwhelmed and uncertain. The right content meets them there, earns their trust, and makes them feel like they’ve found the right person before they ever reach out.

Your business is ready for a change.
Are you?

I offer three tiers of monthly support, each built around what many wedding planners need most:

Content that brings in new inquiries while you focus on your clients.

Before any writing starts, every engagement begins with a strategy and research phase — a one- to two-week period where we dig into your business, your ideal couples, your existing content, and your market.

The result? A content plan built around your business goals, not just what’s easy to write about.

Here’s what that looks like month to month:

essentials Plan

  • One blog post per month, fully researched, written, optimized, and published, plus an Instagram caption and hashtags to promote it.

  • Includes full strategy and research phase.

  • Best for planners who want to build a consistent content presence without a big commitment.

Growth plan

  • Two blog posts per month, fully researched, written, optimized, and published.

  • Four Instagram captions with hashtags (two for promoting your blog posts, two standalone).

  • Includes full strategy and research phase, a monthly content and marketing report, plus a complimentary check-in call so we can stay aligned on what’s working and what’s next.

  • Best for planners who want to stay visible online and keep inquiries coming in between weddings.

full support plan

  • Everything in Growth, plus one additional deliverable each month — email newsletter, lead magnet, client-facing document, website copy update, or something else.

  • Scope is set collaboratively at the start of each month, and the deliverable is chosen together based on what your business needs most.

  • Includes full strategy and research phase, a monthly content and marketing report, and a monthly check-in call to review results and plan ahead.

  • Best for planners who want a content and marketing partner, not just a writer.

wedding timeline package (add-on)

  • A detailed, sequenced day-of timeline built around your client’s specific venues, vendors, and logistics.

  • Available as a standalone add-on to any monthly package.

Whether you’re looking for ongoing support or just need help with something specific, you’re in the right place. Book a discovery call and let’s make it happen.

Frequently asked questions

  • This is a valid concern!

Before I write a single word, we spend one to two weeks getting into your business: your couples, your voice, your goals, and what you’ve already created. This helps me build content that meets your needs and feels like you.

From there, every blog post starts with a short outline for you to review, add your own perspective, and approve. This accomplishes two things: It gives you an opportunity to weigh in on the direction before writing begins (so there are no surprises when it’s delivered!), and ensures your content reflects how you actually think and talk about your work.

All content (including blog posts and Instagram captions) also come with two complimentary rounds of revisions after you receive the final draft, giving you room to refine the details until every word feels like yours.

All of these steps are guardrails set in place to make sure you’re happy with the final blog post.

  • The onboarding process is where we get most of the work done upfront.

After you fill out an onboarding questionnaire, we’ll have a 30-minute kickoff call where we get aligned on your business goals and your voice.

Once that’s done, your main role is reviewing and approving the content outline before I write, and doing the same with the drafts as they come in. You can generally expect to spend 15-20 minutes per review round. As I get to know your voice and the way you communicate, those review rounds tend to get quicker — there's less to adjust when I already know what you're looking for.

You won’t need to manage me between deliveries. If anything is running late or needs your input, I’ll flag it before you have to ask.

  • Nope! All packages are month-to-month, so you’re not committing to a lengthy contract to get started.

With that said, consistency is best when it comes to content. The longer we work together, the better I understand your voice, your business, and your couples. A regularly updated site also tends to perform better in both traditional and AI search over time.
